MAKING A PURCHASE
Browse our web pages and add items to the basket/shopping cart. When you have finished with your selections click on the checkout and you will be asked details about how you wish to pay and a delivery address. We accept payment via Paypal, you don’t need a Paypal account to enjoy using our website, this enables us to use a secure method of payment. If you require details about ‘Paypal’ please go to www.paypal.co.uk for further information.
Once your order is received we will then check our stock levels to enable us to confirm that we can process your order. A contract does not exist until we confirm by email that we can satisfy your order request. Please ensure that your email address book allows receipt of our email and that it is not sent to your spam folder.
Postage and packing is free on all orders except for Garden Arbours and Furniture.

Once you have placed your order we aim to despatch within 48 hours, normally this is within 24 hours. If there is a delay we will let you know. Once your order has been posted we will send you an email to confirm despatch. Delivery is usually made within 1-4 days after posting. If the courier tries to deliver while you are out they will leave a card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery. They will attempt to deliver twice, then the item will be returned to us. If this happens delivery will be charged again or we can refund the order, excluding delivery, if you so wish.

RETURNS, DAMAGES AND FAULTY GOODS
Patio and Terrace offers a 14 days money back guarantee in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with the goods. As soon as the goods are received back with us a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us. If you have received an item, which has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48 hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we cannot take responsibility for this. We may ask you for proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item be returned to us. It is only our arbours which carry a 10 year guarantee, all other products do not, this does not affect your statutory rights. If you feel that the goods are faulty please contact us, naturally we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Patio and Terrace is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission. All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
